4、Participants who complete online registration and do not complete online payment will be charged the conference registration fee according to the on-site registration fee upon arrival. Those who have registered and paid but have not been able to attend the meeting can apply for a refund by sending an email to Guangzhou@icgoa2026.com before November 1st. Refunds cannot be applied for after November 1st. Apply for a refund, and after approval, the payment will be returned via the original route within 10-15 working days.
